The Best Coaches Award and the Ariana Dillan Award are presented to students who have made significant contributions to the Pratt Athletics Department. These individuals assist the coaching staff in managing teams and conducting practices while also achieving more than the typical student at Pratt. For example, they participate in athletics-organized events, such as volunteering at migrant shelters and other community initiatives.
